Over the years, the materials of Hony Plastic have made great progress and have withstood the test of the industry. In view of the extremely easy wear problem in this industry application, Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials continues to provide corresponding products (such as Nylatron 703 XL) to meet various applications in different occasions. Our materials often replace critical parts of equipment to extend service life, reduce initial installation costs, and provide end users with higher performance products. In many cases, the need for lubrication can be avoided or greatly reduced, thus greatly benefiting the environment.
Customers can generally choose according to our standard specifications, and for special applications, special orders can also be made.
Products
Ertalon® 6 PLA and Ertalon® 6 SA
General engineering nylon grade 6 products combine good mechanical strength, stiffness, toughness, mechanical damping and abrasion resistance, Ertalon® and Nylatron® products.
Nylatron® MC 901
It is a modified cast nylon grade 6 product, exhibiting higher toughness, flexibility and fatigue strength.
Nylatron® GSM
Molybdenum disulfide filled material with improved load bearing and wear resistance, as well as good impact and fatigue strength.
Nylatron® NSM
Cast Nylon 6 formulation with lubricious additions to provide good friction and wear resistance and 5X higher pressure velocity capability than conventional cast Nylon.
TIVAR® Ceram P
TIVAR® Ceram P is a PE-UHMW material with improved wear resistance, containing glass beads
