Synthesized stone over the furnace fixture; wave soldering role is the production equipment of electronic product insert welding. Wave soldering is because the soldering surface of the insert board is in direct contact with high temperature liquid tin to achieve the purpose of soldering. The high temperature liquid tin maintains a beveled surface, and the liquid tin forms a wave-like phenomenon through a special device.
Wave soldering is to spray the melted solder into the solder wave with a pump, and then the pins of the electronic components to be soldered go through the solder wave to realize the electrical interconnection between the electronic components and the pcb board. A set of wave soldering is divided into four parts: spraying, preheating, soldering oven and cooling.
1. The main function of wave soldering spray system is to spray the flux evenly on the printed circuit board. Wave soldering flux mainly helps to remove the oxidized layer of the soldered product, which makes the product easier to be tinned during soldering and longer antioxidant time.
2. Wave soldering preheating effect.
(1) Solvent evaporation in the flux can reduce the gas produced during welding;
(2) rosin and activator in the flux begins to decompose and activate, which can remove the printed board pads, component ends, pins and other contaminants on the surface of the oxide film, while protecting the metal surface from high-temperature re-oxidation;
(3) Fully preheat the PCB and components to avoid damage to the PCB and components caused by thermal stress when the welding temperature rises sharply.
3. In the wave soldering system, the shock wave portion of the turbulent wave prevents solder leakage and ensures proper distribution of solder through the board. The solder penetrates at high speed through the slits, thus penetrating the narrow gaps. The direction of spraying is aligned with the direction of the circuit board. A single shock wave by itself will not properly solder a component, it will leave unevenness and excess solder on the solder joint, so a second smoothing wave is needed to eliminate the burrs and bridges caused by the first shock wave. The smoothing wave is virtually the same wave pattern used for conventional through-hole insert assemblies. Therefore, when soldering conventional components on the machine, the shock wave can be turned off and the conventional components can be soldered with the smoothing wave.
4. The wave soldering cooling system is mainly responsible for reducing heat damage to components and improving the bonding strength of copper foil on the PCB substrate.
Generally speaking wave soldering serves as a soldering process for electronic products, where plug-in electronic components inserted on the circuit board are soldered to the circuit board pads by melting the solder.
