GPO-3 UPGM203 Laminates Sheet

HONY®GPO3 fiberglass sheet GPO-3 insulating board is also known as GPO-3 laminate. It is a rigid sheet insulation material made of alkali-free glass fiber mat board impregnated with unsaturated polyester resin paste and heat pressed with corresponding additives. GPO-3 insulating board, also known as UPGM-203, refers to unsaturated polyester glass fiber mat board material, mechanical and electrical, good electrical properties under high humidity, good mechanical properties under medium temperature, flame retardant, good resistance to arc and leakage resistance traces.Rigid sheet insulation for flame retardancy.

GPO-3 insulating board electrical insulation properties

GPO-3 Insulation Board Flame Retardant Properties
Grades 1580 and UTR are UL-rated V-0. Grade UTR does not contain halogens, and the system emits very little smoke and toxic fumes when it catches fire.
Mechanical Strength
The high strength glass fiber reinforced polyester laminate will not shatter. The rigid laminate provides structural support due to its isolation properties. The easily bendable laminate can be utilized in applications with a minimum bend diameter of 19mm.
Heat Resistance
durostone® Glastic® laminates provide excellent protective properties and spatial stability during temperature rise. These laminates have UL temperature ratings in the electrical and mechanical ranges of 120-210°C and 130-210°C.
Easy to Form
These materials can be easily machined and formed using standard metal handling equipment. Grade UTR is well known in machining centers for its ease of high speed fabrication and forming. grade 1580 punches cleanly and quickly.
