Difference between antistatic PA sheet and conductive PA sheet

1. What is the composition of conductive PA sheet? Why is it conductive?

Conductive PA sheet is a functional polymer material that mixes resin and conductive substances and is processed by plastic processing. It is mainly used in electronics, integrated circuit packaging, electromagnetic wave shielding and other fields.

Classification of conductive PA board

1, according to the classification of electrical properties, can be divided into: insulator, anti-static body, conductive body, high conductor. Usually resistance value of 1010Ω - cm or more called insulator; resistance value of 104 ~ 109Ω - cm range called semiconductor or anti-static body; resistance value of 104Ω - cm or less is called conductor; resistance value of 100Ω - cm or even lower is called a high conductor.

2, according to the production method of conductive PA board classification, can be divided into structural conductive PA board and composite conductive PA board. Structural conductive PA board, also known as intrinsically conductive PA board, is itself conductive or chemically modified with conductive plastic. Structural polymer conductive materials are mainly:

(1) π-conjugated system of polymers: such as Polyethylene, (Sr)n, linear polyphenylene, layered polymers;

(2) Metal polymers: such as polyketone phthalocyanine;

(3) Charge-moving polymer complexes: such as polycation, CQ complexes. This class of polymer materials, high production costs, process difficulties, so far there is no mass production, now widely used conductive polymer materials are generally composite polymer materials, the filler substances are mainly:

a, metal dispersion system; b, carbon black system; c, organic complexes dispersion system.

3, according to the use of different classifications, can be divided into: antistatic materials, conductive materials and electromagnetic wave shielding materials.

Anti-static PA sheet is a nylon based product with fillers, because the definition of the compound is a single composition of pure matter, in the field of anti-static materials applied to show high performance. 2.What is anti-static PA plate

Antistatic PA sheet chemical resistance:

1, Low resistivity: MC501 CD R6 = 106-108 Ωcm

2, Antistatic PA sheet rod resistivity balanced: due to the uniform distribution of filler, in the parts of MC501 CD nylon conductivity constant. Therefore, after mechanical processing, its conductivity does not change;

3.The resistance value of conductive PA board and antistatic PA board is not the same

The resistance value of conductive PA board is 3 times to 6 times, and the resistance value of anti-static PA board is 9 times to 12 times.

1, Conductive PA board is to effectively export the static electricity to avoid charged;

2, Anti-static PA plate is to block the onset of charge ions, so that the conflict is not easily charged.

4.Japan imported MC501 R2/R6 plate MC501 for POLYPINCO black anti-static nylon plate

This material is a nylon-based filled compound that exhibits high performance in areas where antistatic materials are used. The inherent characteristics of this material are: high mechanical strength, superior abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance.The filler material of MC501CD is dispersed homogeneously, and the resistance value of any part is the same, so it can be used without any problems after machining.The volume intrinsic resistance of R2 is 102 to 104, R6 is 106 to 108 Ω-cmThe volume intrinsic resistance of R9 is 108 to 1010, R11 is 1010 to 1012 Ω-cm, R11 has no filler (carbon powder), and the additives are 1010 to 1012 Ω-cm. 1012Ω-cm, R11 has no filler (carbon powder), and there is very little contamination caused by additives, etc. There is no occurrence of ultra-fine particles caused by carbon powder shedding. Natural color (original color), clean appearance, and wide range of uses.

Balanced resistivity: Due to the uniform distribution of fillers, the electrical conductivity is constant in all parts of MC501 CD nylon. Therefore, the electrical conductivity does not change after machining, and even if the surface is worn, the resistivity is not affected. Constant Resistivity: MC501 CD nylon is enriched with conductive fillers, such as carbon powder, whose resistivity never changes, while nylons with conductive materials sprayed on the surface do not have this property. Unlike plastics with surfactants, the conductivity of MC501 CD nylons is not dependent on temperature.
