PEEK gear hobbing principle


Hobbing is equivalent to a pair of staggered axis helical cylindrical gear space meshing, hobbing is equivalent to a large helix angle with cutting capacity helical cylindrical gear, in a certain speed ratio of the workpiece under the relationship to do space meshing, according to the envelope (spread into) principle to complete the involute, spline cycloid and other kinds of tooth shape processing. PEEK gear machining accuracy


Our hobbing machine is inspected according to GB/T8064-1998 [hobbing machine accuracy inspection] standard, according to the processing gear modulus large or small, under the cutting conditions of primary or secondary feed precision cutting, its processing accuracy can reach GB/T10095-2001 of class 7 accuracy. General PEEK gear hobbing can reach 8 to 9 grade accuracy


PEEK gear processing case


Our hobbing machine can process PEEK straight gears, PEEK helical gears (helical gears must be cylindrical), PEEK sprockets, PEEK worm gears, PEEK spline gears, and other PEEK products with tooth grooves on the circumference.
