What is the difference between PA66 nylon material and MC901 nylon use

MC nylon is also called cast nylon. It uses the molten raw material caprolactam monomer C6H11NO as a catalyst with an alkaline substance as a catalyst, together with activators and other additives, to make the monomer to be polymerized, and it is directly injected and preheated to a certain level. In the temperature mold, the material will be polymerized quickly in the mold and condensed into a tough solid embryo, and then processed by the relevant process to obtain the predetermined product. As one of the engineering plastics, MC nylon products "replace steel with plastic and have excellent performance", and are extremely versatile. It has a variety of unique properties such as light weight, high strength, self-lubricating, wear-resistant, anti-corrosion, insulation, etc. It is a widely used engineering plastic, which can be found in almost all industrial fields.

The main varieties of nylon are nylon 6 and nylon 66, occupying an absolute dominant position. Nylon 6 is polycaprolactam, while nylon 66 is polyhexamethylene adipate. Nylon 66 is 12% harder than nylon 6. Compared with Pa6, Pa66 (polyamide 66 or nylon 66) is more widely used in the automotive industry, instrument housing and other products that require impact resistance and high strength requirements.
