Product Description

TIVAR® HPV is an FDA compliant, bearing grade UHMW-PE with a built- in dry lubricant that reduces the coefficient of friction of finished components by up to 80%. The superior sliding performance of TIVAR® HPV UHMW-PE shapes make this material a favored solution for chain guides, sliding strips, rollers, single and multiple corner wear bends, and straight guides, helping to improve the sliding behavior of these parts at key touch points in conveyor systems. Such improvements are vital in high-precision applications, as longer productive cycles between maintenance and shorter downtimes allow these systems to run smoothly with less interruption.
