Product Description

Synthetic Composite Stone Sheet ESD Fiberglass Sheet Wave Solder Pallet in Black Blue Grey Color . wave solder pallets are a kind of heavy-duty glass fiber reinforced plastic, which is made from glass fibers combined with polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and modified epoxy resins, having extreme strength and excellent electrical, thermal and chemical properties, and good machinability. Normal working temperature at 280°c (max. working temperature below 360 degree 10~20sec).


solder pallets are suitable to wave soldering and SMT process. It can achieve the precision required during SMT machining process, and maintain its flatness in reflow soldering cycle. The low thermal conductivity of durostone prevents heat-shrinkage of bas board, to ensure the quality of reflow process. It is designed and typically recommended for use in manufacturing solder pallets for wave-solder applications of printed circuit boards.


The fixtures made from solder pallet has the following functions, it can improve the efficiency of the peak soldering process:

Wave soldering fixtures can be categorized into three main types according to their purpose


The first category is anti-soldering tray to enhance the quality of the process for the purpose. It is used for wave soldering surface using solder paste reflow process, over the wave soldering to protect the patch components, to avoid the second melting of the solder joints; the second category is the patchwork tray to improve production efficiency for the purpose. It is used for the same kind of board or different PCB at the same time over the wave soldering. The third category is an auxiliary tray to other assembly process needs for the purpose. It is used for auxiliary positioning of components on the board and irregular PCB over the board welding.



Wave soldering tray, over the tin furnace fixture is a carrier to protect the PCB and its components of the tooling fixture, in addition to the traditional prevention of PCB deformation, auxiliary support and positioning of the application, but also has to improve the process, protect the components, improve quality, improve production efficiency functions. General wave soldering tray, over the tin furnace fixtures by the following chart shows several key components:



1, the base material, the main material, generally with synthetic stone, green fiberglass material.


2, blocking the tin strip, around the protective strip, play a role in preventing deformation of the substrate, blocking the tin diffuse over the PCB board. Now has been made into a standard profile, the material is generally black fiberglass, there are some with bakelite.


3, pressure buckle, pressure block, installed within the spring, play a role in holding down the PCB.


4, rail side bar, into the tin furnace track side, the general thickness is 1.5-2MM.
