Durastone CHP760 Solder Pallet Composite is a heavy-duty glass fibre reinforced (FRP) plastic which offers extreme strength and excellent electrical, thermal and chemical properties. durostone ® is manufactured by using Polyester, Vinylester, Epoxid- and modified Epoxy resins combined with glass fibers. Durostone ® CHP760 (General Purpose) The standard grade, Durostone ® CHP-760, works well for most general use applications and is BLUE in color. Durostone® materials Wave Soldering Tray Synthetic Stone have been developed for all procedures within the PCB assembly process. There are three main grades which are suitable for use in the SMT reflow and wave soldering processes, Durostone® CHP760, CAS761 & CAG762
CAS761 CAS762 offer the following features:
1.Excellent mechanical properties at elevated temperatures including the lead-free process.
2.Low thermal conductivity.
3.Excellent machining properties enabling the manufacture of complex design solder pallets.
4.Good resistance to chemicals used in modern fluxes.
5.Dimensionally stable and retain their flatness through repeated cycling in the PCB assembly process
6.Excellent mechanical properties at elevated temperatures
7.Low thermal conductivity of Durostone ® ensures optimal thermal distribution across the work area
8.The base resin used to produce Durostone ® provides resistance to the chemicals used in fluxes and prevents solder pick-up
