Nylatron MC501CD R6, R2, R9 and AS R11 MC501 rod Japan R2/R6/R9/R11 MC501 rod is compound based on MC nylon,Antistatic nylon sheet is a single pure material formed by MC nylon as a base material with the addition of carbon filler material in the definition of compound, which has been widely used in semiconductor, electronic equipment, machining and other fields because of its excellent electrical conductivity/prevention of electrical charging.MC501CD can not be used for heating body, contacts and terminals and other electrical parts, in order to adapt to food hygiene hair, should be soaked in boiling water for 2 hours before use.Balanced resistivity: Due to the uniform distribution of filler, the electrical conductivity is constant in all parts of mc501 cd nylon. Therefore, after mechanical processing, its electrical conductivity does not change, and even if the surface is worn, the resistivity is not affected. Constant resistivity: mc501 cd nylon is enriched with conductive fillers, such as carbon powder, and its resistivity never changes, while nylon with conductive materials sprayed on the surface does not. mc501 cd nylon is different from plastics with surface activators in that its conductivity is not temperature dependent.

The antistatic nylon sheet is divided into four types according to the material impedance level: MC501CD R2, MC501CD R6, MC501CD R9, MC501CD R11:
MC501CD R2 has an impedance of 102-104 Ω-cm; MC501CD R6 has an impedance of 106-108 Ω-cm
MC501CD R9 with an impedance of 108 - 1010 Ω-cm;
MC501CD R11 with an impedance of 1010-1012 Ω-cm;

MC501 + R6 (non-conductive) and MC501 + R2 (conductive) unicast nylons have proprietary static control additives.

MC500AS R11: Antistatic grade (carbon free) (ivory)
