Anti-static Pvc sheet, also known as anti-static PVC sheet, is made of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) as the base material. Through coating technology, it has excellent anti-static function while retaining the properties of PVC such as corrosion resistance and flame retardancy. The surface hardness and scratch resistance are excellent; the surface resistance value is 6 to 8 times 10 ohms, so it has excellent anti-static function; the impact resistance and chemical solvent resistance are outstanding; the appearance is beautiful, very flat and smooth; the light transmission rate is more than 73%.
PVC is a polymeric substance of vinyl and its material is a non-crystalline material. PVC materials are often used in practice with stabilizers, lubricants, auxiliary process agents, colorants, impact agents and other additives. It has non-flammability, high strength, resistance to weathering and excellent geometric stability. PVC is highly resistant to oxidizing agents, reducing agents and strong acids. However, it can be corroded by concentrated oxidizing acids such as concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid and is not suitable for contact with aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
