GPO-3 insulating board is also known as GPO-3 laminate. It is a rigid board insulating material made of alkali-free glass fiber mat board impregnated with unsaturated polyester resin paste and added with corresponding additives by hot pressing. GPO-3 insulating board, also known as UPGM-203, refers to unsaturated polyester fiberglass mat board material for mechanical and electrical use, with good electrical properties under high humidity, good mechanical properties at moderate temperatures, flame retardant, good resistance to arcing and resistance to leakage traces.

Grades 1580 and UTR are UL-rated V-0. Grade UTR does not contain halogen, and the system emits very little smoke and toxic fumes in case of fire.
