Conventional Ultrasonic Phased Array transducer frequency is 1MHz~15MHz.Element quantity is from1 to 128,custom order can be up to 1024 elements.HONY can provide all kinds of array types of transducer including Linear(L),Matrix(M),Annular(A),Concave(C),Wedge Integrated and so on.Other type of transducer can be customize according to custom's requirement.Wedge,connectors,connector switchs and extension cables also can be customized.

1,Available in standard refracted angles of 0°, 45°, 55°, and 60° in steel for angle-beam inspections from 30° to 70°, SW or LW

2,Stainless steel screw receptacles provide a firm anchoring of probe to wedge

3,Wedges are available with IHC options: irrigation, holes, and carbide pins (for wear resistance)

4,Wedges are designed to perform manual or automated scans (IHC)

5,Wedges with specific refracted angles can be customized; wedge shape and contour can also be customized.
