HONY®polycarbonate is a transparent, white or slightly yellow polymer, amorphous, odorless, and non-toxic; the product is rigid, impact resistant, has good toughness, and has low water absorption; it has excellent mechanical properties. But the fatigue strength is low, and cracking is easy to occur; the heat resistance and cold resistance are good, the application temperature range is -60～120℃, the heat deformation temperature is about 135℃, the temperature is in the molten state at 220～230℃, and the decomposition temperature is> 310℃; The melt has high viscosity, poor fluidity, difficult molding and processing, but good colorability; good electrical insulation, non-flammable, and white-out; resistant to acids, salts and oils, aliphatic hydrocarbons and alcohols, Not resistant to chlorinated hydrocarbons, alkalis, amines, ketones and other media, easily soluble in chlorinated hydrocarbon solvents such as dichloromethane and dichloroethane.
