What is PPS material? Pure PPS due to the performance of brittle and rarely used alone, the application of PPS is mostly for its modified performance varieties, common glass fiber reinforced PPS, glass mineral filled PPS, carbon fiber reinforced PPS, etc., after modification of the Nabant PPS has more excellent performance, expanding its scope of application.


1. Heat resistance of PPS plastic: heat distortion temperature of 260 ° C or more, is currently one of the higher temperature thermoplastic engineering plastics. 3. PPS plastic electrical properties: in the high temperature, high humidity, high frequency environment, has a high volume resistivity, surface resistivity, breakdown voltage, low dielectric constant and dielectric loss angle tangent, is an excellent insulating material, after modification of the disposal, can also be made into a good conductive properties of high strength materials. 4. PPS Plastic Dimensional Stability: PPS has very low water absorption, making it ideal for producing complex parts with very tight tolerances. The polymer exhibits excellent dimensional stability even when used in high temperature and high humidity conditions.


5. PPS plastic mechanical properties: PPS plastic has high hardness and strength, and has excellent creep and fatigue resistance, able to withstand greater pressure and wear. This makes PPS the preferred material in applications requiring high strength and wear resistance, such as automotive parts and mechanical parts.
